Nature Mindfulness Wellness Retreat 🌳 Ladies and gents, are you feeling you have no time for yourself lately? Stressed? Burnt out? Poor sleep? Overwhelmed, or disconnected from your emotions? Join us for some mindfulness and healing helping you to destress, support your wellbeing and stay present🧘♂️. We will come together to connect with nature, each other and within to prioritise self care for the body, mind and soul 🌸. Healthy plant based meal provided🌱🥕. Hosted by me Krish, Osteopath, Sports Massage therapist, Fitness Coach and Yogi, in my lovely 85 foot garden 🌳. Learn mindfulness relaxation techniques that you can easily fit in on hectic days to help you stay present🙏. 🌿 Introduction sharing circle. 🌿 Pranayama breathwork. 🌿 Vinyasa yoga for all abilities. 🌿 Metta meditation (love and kindness meditation). 🌿 Healthy plant based meal provided with ayurvedic ingredients🌱🥕. 🌿 Guided visualisation exercise for relaxation. 🌿 Guided body scan. 🌿 Forest bathing Berrylands Elmbridge meadow short walk (1 min from me). PLEASE GIVE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ATTENDANCE OF AN APPOINTMENT/CLASS OR EVENT, GIVING OTHERS ENOUGH TIME TO ATTEND WHERE YOU CANNOT OTHERWISE THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. The full appointment fee will need to be charged for repeat/consecutive cancellations of appointments with less than 24 hours notice. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
